  • The moment you take responsibility for someone other than yourself… you become a Leader.
  • The Higher you get up the Ladder of Success… the greater Target you become!

A Leader Lives by(5 Characteristics of a Leader)

1.  Conviction

  • A fixed or firm belief
  • A state of being convinced
  • Living by absolutes, Biblical Standards
  • II Timothy 1:12“ForI know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I havecommitted unto Him against that day.”
  • Proverbs 14:34 “Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”

2.  Instruction

  • Loves knowledge, training
  • Is teachable
  • IN authority & UNDER authority
  • Matthew 8:8 (Roman Centurion) “For I am a man under authority…”

3.  Delegation

  • Doesn’t try to do it alone
  • Gives credit where credit is due
  • Is Team Minded
  • Matthew 10:1 – Jesus calls 12 disciples
  • Luke 10:1 – Jesus appoints another 70
  • I Corinthians 12:27“Now, you are the body of Christ and each one of you is a part of it.”

4.  Inspiration

  • A Divine Influence
  • Source of thought and ideas
  • Power of the Holy Spirit
  • Ephesians 3:20“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.”
  • LEADERSHIP – The capacity to influence others, through inspiration, generated by a passion, ignited by a purpose.

  • Faith Speaks!
